Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sale of digital products, primarily software licenses, offered through the website [YourVirtualKeys.com]. By making a purchase, the customer fully accepts these terms.

Products and Services

• Digital licenses: New and pre-owned original software licenses obtained from verified and legal suppliers.
• Details: Each license’s features, including compatibility and system requirements, are specified on the product page.

Pricing

• Prices are displayed in euros (€) and US dollars (USD).
• Taxes (IGIC) will be applied exclusively to purchases made within the Canary Islands, Spain.
• Purchases made outside this region are tax-exempt in accordance with applicable tax laws.
• Prices in USD are subject to the current exchange rate at the time of purchase, managed by the payment processor.

Payment Methods

• Available options: Credit/debit cards and PayPal.
• Transaction security is ensured through certified payment platforms.
• YourVirtualKeys does not store customers’ payment details.

License Delivery

• Licenses will be delivered via email within a maximum of 12 hours, with an average delivery time of less than 1 hour.
• In case of delivery issues, customers must contact support using the details provided in Section 1.

Warranty

• YourVirtualKeys guarantees that the licenses are original and meet the described specifications.
• Customers have 5 business days to verify the license’s validity. After this period, claims for invalid licenses will not be accepted.
• In case of technical issues:
  • A second license will be provided free of charge.
  • If the second license also fails, a third license will be provided, provided our technical team is allowed to perform the installation.

Return Policy

• Returns and refunds for valid licenses are not accepted due to the digital nature of the product.
• In the event of a non-functioning license and after exhausting the options described under the warranty, an investigation with the supplier will be initiated.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Unsealed software delivered to the customer.
• Digital content not provided on a physical medium and made available immediately upon the customer’s prior consent.

Invoicing

• Invoices will be issued upon request by the customer.
• Invoices will include IGIC only when applicable under the relevant tax laws.
• Invoices will be sent via email.

Liability

YourVirtualKeys will not be held liable for:

• Technical issues related to the customer’s device configuration.
• Failure to meet the technical requirements specified on the product page.
• Improper installation or reuse of the license key on unauthorized devices.

Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data will only be used to manage orders and comply with tax obligations.

Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to submit to the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these terms.
Before initiating legal actions, the parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably.

Changes to the Terms

YourVirtualKeys reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will not affect purchases made before the publication of the updated terms.

Language

These terms are available in both Spanish and English. In the event of discrepancies, the English version will prevail as the primary language of the website.
